- Today’s 10.
- A nice by-product of this cleaning out project is that it is forcing me to get organized. For every one thing I get rid of, there are two things I want to keep (children’s drawings, etc.), and I’m actually putting them away in an organized manner. (I know that many of you do this naturally, but for me, it’s BIG.)
- It’s also starting to become a habit! I don’t feel “complete” somehow until I tackle the ten and post the image on flickr.
- Really, you should join me!

You should hear the crazy rationalisation going on over here. We got home early in the morning on the 4th and I was thinking in the taxi home (yep, I’m that serious about it) “well, if I get rid of 20 things today, tomorrow and Sunday” I’ll be caught up… so anyway, it didn’t happen and yesterday I was thinking “okay, 30 things today and tomorrow”. Now here I am thinking, on the one hand, if I don’t get rid of 10 things today it just isn’t going to happen, and on the other hand, half wishing it was possible to get rid of 60 things today. One of the biggest things I need to learn in life is ‘just begin’.
Well done on yours!
