I love to travel to new places.
- It’s 105 degrees and I love it… it’s hot, but it’s so intense, like a wall of hot air, kind of surreal and all encompassing… cool!
- I’m staying at my husband’s uncle’s place, in a retirement area. I walked to Safeway this morning and was startling birds and rabbits right and left… I guess wildlife usually has the run of these streets!
- I keep seeing “roadkill” on the roads. But I get closer, and they are bits of palm trees. (Apparently any darkish thing on the road in Salida, Colorado is roadkill.)
- Cactii are COOL!!!!!!!!

Oh, yes! it is hot here! I am glad you like it, but you must come when it is our winter or spring. That is the best weather ever!
