I had to get out of bed at 1am last night to make this little guy.
Here’s a more straightforward pic…
… his backside…
I’ve been drawing many, many of these little elephants this week (to go with orders of the book)…
… which is where I got the idea. (A good example of how DRAWING can translate into other media!)
At the lake last week near my house, on a rare warm and sunny day here in COLD Seattle…
During a walk downtown Wes insisted I take a photo of this sign.
Speaking of Wes…
Another handmade sign, in case we need a reminder.
Dang, that elephant is CUTE! 🙂
Carla, he is just precious!! Any chance he might be for sale? If so, will you email me? I’d love to give him a home…
cute-and i would trade some of our 100 degree heat for some of your cool!
oh my gosh he is so cute….love him, does he have a name?
he is ever so sweet.
i just received your new book and just let me say that it is WONDERFUL! I love it and it was so fun to see the little pictures that we created in class at art unraveled. my maddie was thrilled. thank you.
I just got your book in the mail on Friday from Amazon. I am so excited to get started on some of the projects. My 11 yr old daughter is an artist, as well and I think it’ll be great to do these projects with her. I can’t wait!
I received your book from Amazon Friday as well. Congratulations! I will be experimenting with your tips.
