Steve got a new lens (a Lensbaby) and I decided to give it a try. I love it!
You move the lens around and things swing in and out of focus. Fun! 
These images are of a toy plastic giraffe that Steve brought to me the other day.
I’ve also been drawing giraffes. (More on that soon!)

Yesterday a small giraffe died (born to early) in the Amsterdam zoo. It was rejected by it’s mamma. Now unsteady steps and she looks down to us from giraffeheaven
I like the second one, which is just like a hint of a giraffe in mist, the best.
I’ve been staring at these…. I really must get me one of them giraffes! (A little plastic one, don’t worry…)
