Love the little purse. Nice twist. I just bought a new Grimm’s Fairy Tales yesterday because my Grimm’s from childhood (1954) was falling apart and in anticipation of the class. The new Grimm’s tells the stories differently. How many versions I wonder through the years as I compare the two texts. I like the older one better. It’s clear and to the point and incites the imagination very quickly. Somehow that little purse made me think of this. Beautiful illustration.
This is very sweet! Love the purse and the background stage. Really looking forward to next year’s class! I was thinking that I would revisit your Draw class I took last Jan in preparation for this class as it really helped me draw giraffes. 🙂
sooo looking forward to the class — when my mom passed away may 2012 I found grimms and hans Christian Andersen that I read when I was a little girl (now I am 65) they are in great condition a real treasure
Love it! What confidence…must be the red cape!
Ooooohhh, I love her! I really, really, really want to take your class. Christmas present to myself? I really hope I can.
Thank you! It’s going well so far. Have a great week yourself. Btw. I just realised I own one of your books 🙂
Imagine what’s going on in her head! She’s thinking of all the possibilities.
Simply Awesome!
The heels! she won’t go out without them, no way, Jose! Carla! this is the 21st century!
