Cat lovers unite!
In this drawing and painting class you will become the cat lady (or gentleman!) you never-wanted-but-secretly-DO-want to be, with cats, cats, and more cats in your home and sketchbooks.
We will create a menagerie of imaginary cats with watercolors, markers, acrylics, and fabric! Each lesson includes a short drawing assignment and a main mixed-media lesson. Watching of cat videos optional.

(Of course dog lovers are welcome to join, too! But I am working on a “dog” class for Fall 2015, too.)

Hi Carla!I am loving your blog and all the interesting things you come up with. I am especially excited about the Cats! Online Class but currently lack the funds to purchase it. I need to know if you will be repeating the class in the future or if you have some type of scholarship program available. I have done guest blog posts in exchange for some online journaling classes/challenges I have taken (Create Write Now!) and if that would be an option, I would be more than happy to write one for you.Please let me know as soon as you can. I am not asking for a handout or a freebie. I am an unemployed 59-year-old who is just getting into all things art after spending a lifetime shunning it due to critical comments from a 5th grade teacher (in front of the entire class) on a drawing assignment. Hi Rosary! Yes, the lessons are designed to take about an hour (which includes the video watching time). However, they can be done on your own schedule once the videos go live… in other words, you do not need to be present at a certain hour. I hope this helps!
