Some things I found in a recent “journal dive.”

  1. Hodgepodge. Works for me.
  2. Overheard not long ago (two younger women talking): “I act like I care but I really don’t.”
  3. Circus trains are not P.C., but I love them.
  4. “E” is for Elephant in the Room.
  5. I write better with my eyes closed.
